Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") carefully before using the TLDR: Summarize Everything mobile application (the "App") operated by the Developer ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

1. Description of Service

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate summaries of text, articles, and videos provided by you.

AI Disclaimer: The summaries are generated by an automated AI system. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated content. You should verify important information independently. You agree that we are not liable for any content generated by the AI.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers optional "Premium" subscriptions that grant access to unlimited summaries, advanced models, and other features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Price: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package (e.g., Monthly or Annual).
• Cancellation: You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. License & Restrictions

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others.

4. Liability Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
