1. Shared Promises & Invitations

Oath allows you to invite partners or friends to view and share promises. By sending an invitation, you represent that you have the recipient's consent to contact them through the app. All shared content is stored via Google Firebase for synchronization.

2. User Content Standards

Apple requires that we maintain a safe environment. You may not use the invitation or promise features to share content that is:

• Harassing, abusive, or defamatory.
• Obscene or highly offensive.
• In violation of any third-party privacy or intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove objectionable content and terminate accounts that violate these standards.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through your iTunes account. Professional features (Premium) are unlocked via RevenueCat integration. Auto-renewals occur unless disabled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.

4. Limitation of Liability

Oath is a platform for tracking intentions. We are not responsible for the actual fulfillment of any promises made between users or any disputes arising from shared content.
