Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Bug Identifier mobile application (the "App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service & AI Disclaimer

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to identify insects from photos. The identifications provided are for informational purposes only.

IMPORTANT: AI is not perfect. The App may occasionally provide incorrect identifications. Do not rely on this App for situations where safety constitutes a concern (e.g., identifying poisonous insects or bites). Always consult a professional.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium") that unlock unlimited identifications and advanced features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Bug Identifier or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the content owner's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
