This Privacy Policy describes how AI Bug Identifier ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

        Our Commitment: We value your privacy and aim to be transparent about the data we collect. We do not sell your personal data.

We collect very limited information necessary to provide and improve our services, strictly aligned with the App's core functionality:

Camera and Photos: We access your camera and photo library solely to allow you to take or select photos of bugs for identification. These images are sent to our AI provider (Google Firebase/Vertex AI) for processing. We do not permanently store these images on our own servers.
Purchases: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. While we do not collect your credit card information (which is securely handled by Apple), we access your purchase history and a unique identifier to provide subscription-based features.
Identifiers & Diagnostics: We collect Device Identifiers and User IDs through Google Firebase to track app performance, handle crashes (via Crashlytics), and analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve the App experience.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services which act as our sub-processors:

Google Firebase (Vertex AI, Analytics, Crashlytics): Used for AI processing, application performance monitoring, and service analytics.
RevenueCat: Used for managing in-app subscriptions and validating purchase status.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide the App's core services (AI processing and subscription management) or to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or tracking.

4. Data Security

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
